    3. After we receive the item and verify that the original seal is intact, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Eligibility: Products experiencing manufacturing defects or quality issues within 30 days of delivery qualify for a free replacement or full refund.

  • How it works:

    1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description (or photo/video) of the issue to obtain a pre-paid return shipping label.

    2. Ship the faulty item back to us for inspection.

    3. Once our team inspects and verifies the fault, we will either:

      • Dispatch a brand-new replacement product free of charge, or

      • Issue a full refund to your original payment method (depending on your preference and stock availability).

Important Information

  • Prior Approval Required: All returns and exchanges must be authorised via email before being sent back. Unauthorised returns may be rejected.

  • Hygiene & Safety Exclusions: Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on items that have been opened, unsealed, used, or damaged after delivery.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. However, if an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged upon arrival, bestvapeau.com will cover the return shipping costs.
