BIMO Felxy 40000 Puffs Disposable Vape Kit in Grapefruit Mint, for Australian buyers
The maker describes Grapefruit Mint as zesty citrus spark meeting invigorating herbal notes, and on the pod listing for the same option as opening with a sharp, zesty citrus snap that captures fresh grapefruit, followed immediately by a crisp, clean mint undertone. It runs on the BIMO FELXY 40000 platform, a modular system with a 26 mL magnetic pod, a dual battery base and separate cooling and power controls.
There is something about this option that makes it the most interesting control test on the whole platform, and it comes down to a distinction most product pages blur.
Mint is a taste that happens to feel cool. Ice is a cooling sensation with no taste of its own. Almost every device gives you one or the other. The FELXY gives you both at once, because the mint lives in the profile and the chill lives on a separate four step switch. That means you can run mint with no added chill, or mint with the chill pushed to maximum, and they are genuinely different experiences.
How the two layers stack
Why the dual chamber matters more here than anywhere else
On most devices, turning up cooling dulls whatever is underneath it, and citrus is the first thing to disappear. A sharp grapefruit note is a top note, and top notes are fragile. The maker specifically credits the dual chamber layout with keeping the citrus vibrant while the cooling is raised, which is a claim worth taking seriously on this particular option.
Practically, it means FROZEN on Grapefruit Mint does not wipe out the citrus the way it would elsewhere. If you like a cold draw but have found cold options taste of nothing, this is the one where the two are least likely to fight.
The other mint option on this platform
Mint as a partner to sharp citrus. Busier, and the mint arrives behind something.
Pick this if you want mint with something to bite.
Mint on its own, described as crisp and clean with a bright mint lift.
Pick this if you want mint to be the whole thing.

Where to start with the settings
Because you have two kinds of cold to balance, the sensible approach is to fix one before touching the other. Start on ZERO ice with the mint alone and see whether the grapefruit reads clearly, then add cooling a step at a time. Doing it the other way round, going straight to FROZEN, is how people end up thinking the option has no citrus in it.
On power, LOW at 15 W is described as optimising longevity with a smooth mellow output, and that is a reasonable home for a citrus top note. Pushing to 25 W will give you more volume, but the maker’s own guidance is to avoid chaining draws at that setting and to let the coil settle for about thirty seconds between them.
