FTP is the blackberry and dragon fruit option: what the name means
FTP is one of the two cryptically named options in the ALIBARBAR Ingot 9000 series, and it is the one people search for most. The answer is in the product name: FTP is built on blackberry and dragon fruit. If you were looking at WTF instead, that one is grapefruit, not this.
The hardware is the same as every other option in the range: 22 mL of internal capacity, a pre-charged 2350 mAh built-in battery that never needs charging, an LED screen reporting remaining battery and remaining capacity, and a draw-activated mouth to lung design rated at up to 9,000 puffs.
What the two fruits in the name bring
No tasting breakdown is published for this option, so rather than invent one we will describe what the two named fruits generally contribute, which is enough to decide whether it is for you.
Blackberry: the dark half
Blackberry is a dark berry with a natural tart edge. It gives a blend depth and stops it reading as simple sugar, and it is the half that makes this option feel closer to the dark berry group in the series than to the bright berry one.
Dragon fruit: the exotic half
Dragon fruit is mild, lightly sweet and delicate rather than sharp. It is the reason FTP is described as exotic: it softens the blackberry and gives the blend a softer, rounder middle than a straight berry option would have.
What that means in practice
Expect a dark berry base with a soft exotic edge, rather than a bright, sharp fruit. No cooling note is listed for this option, so the profile finishes on the fruit rather than on cold.
FTP and WTF: the two names buyers mix up
Dark berry with a soft exotic edge. Berry family, no cooling note listed.
Tangy and slightly bitter grapefruit. Citrus family, sharpest option in the range.
Both use identical hardware. FTP is dark and soft; WTF is sharp and bitter. If you searched one and meant the other, this is the paragraph that saves the order.
Where FTP sits among the berry options
If berry is what you are after, there are five options in the series, and they split by how dark and how complex they are.
| Option | Character |
|---|---|
| FTP, Blackberry Dragon Fruit | Dark berry with a soft exotic edge, no cooling note |
| Blackberry Pomegranate Cherry | The most layered, three dark fruits |
| Blackberry Ice | Ripe blackberry with a cool menthol finish |
| Quadruple Berry | Four berries layered, brighter and sweeter |
| Blueberry Blast | Single bright berry, simplest read |

FTP questions buyers ask
What is FTP?
It is the blackberry and dragon fruit option in the Ingot 9000 series. The name is cryptic; the fruits are in the product title.
Is FTP the same as WTF?
No. FTP is blackberry and dragon fruit. WTF is grapefruit. Both use identical hardware, which is why the two names get confused.
What does it taste like?
No tasting breakdown is published, so we describe the two named fruits instead: a dark tart blackberry base softened by mild, lightly sweet dragon fruit.
Is it an iced option?
No cooling note is listed. For berry with menthol, order Blackberry Ice or Blueberry Mint.
Does it need charging or refilling?
No. The 2350 mAh battery is built in and pre-charged and the 22 mL of content is sealed. When the device stops, replace the whole unit.
Can I order one unit?
Yes. There is no minimum order quantity, and you can mix options in the same order.
Where do you deliver?
Every state and territory, dispatched from our Australian local warehouse.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. BestVapeAU enforces a strict 21+ age requirement on all purchases, and age verification may be requested at any stage of the ordering process.
